The first Swamp Rabbit Inn location opened at 1 Logan Street in downtown Greenville in 2014 and we welcome visitors to live like a local in a home away from home, un-hotel setting. Breathe easy! Our bed and breakfast is a non-smoking property. We do have a smoking area on the property. The inn is also centrally air-conditioned therefore you will not swelter in your room or the community areas. Another major plus is that the ambiance of this beautiful, historical property is not dampened by multiple window units.

Inn on Main Street near Asheville, North Carolina, was a romantic B&B with stellar reviews for almost 20 years. Breakfast is no longer offered now, but three units surrounding the historic house have become luxury vacation rentals. Guests are only a short walk from Weaverville’s Allgood Coffee, restaurants, breweries and galleries, and a few minutes by car from Asheville and the Biltmore Estate.
Two of our rental units are neighboring but unconnected rooms in an annex to the historic home, each with a queen bed, gas fireplace, whirlpool tub, window AC and private entrance. Each is equipped with mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker. The other unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with full kitchen and a private deck with views of the Craggy Mountains and other peaks of the Blue Ridge. Beds can be set up as a king or two twins in one bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. An air bed is available for a fifth person.
