WE HAVE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME AT THE FERNBROOK INN, AND MANY HATE TO SEE US GO. HOWEVER, I HAVE DECIDED TO SELL MY BEAUTIFUL CREATION AND CONCENTRATE ON MY OTHER BUSINESSES. AS YO CAN SEE FROM THE PHOTOS ON THE PAGES THAT FOLLOW, IT HAS THREE ROOMS AND OVER 2 ACRES OF LAND. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS BEAUTIFUL HOUSE AS A PRIVATE RESIDENCE OR AS A BUSINESS, I WOULD BE HAPPY FOR YOU TO CONTACT ME.

447 Mountain Top Lodge Rd. Dahlonega, GA 30533

For 34 years, this Dahlonega bed and breakfast hotel has operated as a year round mountain getaway. Our 15 acre mountain top enclave, itself surrounded by other large tracts of woodlands and natural beauty, creates a sense of total privacy while only being a 6 minute drive to downtown.

Our extensive decks, sitting porches and seasonal panoramic views expand the experience to more than just renting a hotel room. Enjoy morning coffee outside watching the wildlife or start the day with an invigorating walk along our half mile paved drive. Visit the neighboring horse farm or just get in a run without ever encountering a car.

All 12 non-smoking guest rooms have en-suite baths, free WIFI, TVs and “rustic” decor accents; some have private entrances, decks, fireplaces and jetted tubs. The Main Lodge houses 8 cozy guest rooms and the public areas (i.e., lobby, business office, dining rooms, etc), while the Hillside Lodge has 4 special guest rooms.

A hearty breakfast is served each morning (9:00 AM seating). Couples’ seating/tables is the norm with limited group seating. Special dietary needs often can be met.
